It is the policy of Ferm-Y-Ffrith to ensure that all our goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold.  Due to the nature of our drinks being perishable items we are not able to accept returns or refunds if you change your mind.  


Upon receipt of your order you should carefully inspect the product to ensure that it is intact and correct. And all damages must be reported to us at Ferm-Y-Ffrith immediately. Valid claims will be replaced.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights.


We offer a 21 Day returns Policy.

We want you to be complexly satisfied with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with our product please contact us at within 21 day from receipt for us to organise a fresh delivery. 


If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

If we receive your email within 21 days once we will organise another fresh delivery of Fern-Y-Ffrith Kefir to your door.


If you wish to cancel your subscription, please Email at least 7 days before your next delivery.


We may alter prices at any time. Though we will try our best to keep price changes to a minimum. 

The price changes will be updated on our website however if you have a subscription we will contact you via email before charging you the additional amount.
